The Zeytin Villa overlooks Kalkan bay a picturesque harbour town on the stunning southwest Mediterranean coast backed by the Taurus Mountains. The cobbled winding streets display historic Turkish buildings, local shops, bars and boutiques making Kalkan a delightful place to stay. The villa is situated approximately 900 metres from the harbour front just a 15 minute walk away. The villa is surrounded by stone walled gardens, sunbathing terraces and a large private pool and is fully equipped to a very high standard.

The Zeytin Villa is situated within a 650 m2 plot surrounded by stone walled gardens and terraces with mature trees and colourful Mediterranean plants. This villa is among the largest in Kalkan; the rooms and terraces are spacious and can cope quite easily with large numbers of guests eg the lounge and swimming pool are approximately 43m2. It is fully furnished to a high standard with tiled floors and quality fittings and it has air conditioning and central heating to radiators for the low season. There is off street parking should you wish to hire a car.

Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar. All kitchen equipment and facilities provided. Oven cooker, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster etc.
Utility room: Washing machine, iron and board.
Living room: Very spacious 48m2 living room/dining room. Satellite TV, DVD and Stereo System.
Other: All the bedrooms are spacious and have large fitted wardrobes. We have mosquito nets on the windows for ventilation out of high season otherwise there are air conditioning units. There are 3 balconies.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Linen and towels are provided including beach towels to save on luggage. The villa is cleaned weekly and linen and bathtowels changed. Extra cleaning or help can be booked.
