The villa has a spacious pool terrace with a private swimming pool and is air conditioned throughout.

Lower ground floor (garden level) has two bedrooms, one double and one twin. These rooms share a bathroom with shower cabin.  Each bedroom has doors leading to their own furnished balconies, with sea views. Private garden. 

Ground floor (pool level) has living room with open plan kitchen, equipped with modern conveniences. From the kitchen, doors lead onto a pool terrace with swimming pool. Shared bathroom.

Booking Policy

• Minimum booking 7 days.
• Reservations by phone or email.
• Rates are based on maximum 8 person occupancy.
• 25% of total required to confirm booking (balance is due 60 days prior to arrival).
• A refundable damage deposit of £250 is required.
• Payments by bank deposit-transfer or credit card mail order.
• Check in / out by prior arrangement with the owners.
• No pets.
• No smoking villa.
