and II are 2 identical villas, each with 4 bedrooms,
its own large pool and magnificent views over Kalkan village, the
harbour and islands. They are situated in a quiet residential
location on a hillside and have been
carefully and tastefully furnished to a high standard
by the owners.
The most outstanding feature of these properties are their stunning
views from every room and angle. The villas are a haven ‘away from
it all’ yet just 10 minutes downhill to the town centre. Each villa
is built to excellent standards, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large
private pool, and beautiful garden growing Mediterranean flowers,
fruit, herbs and vegetables. Large rooftop terraces have wonderful
views and cool breezes.
Mystic Villa I (the lower villa) has a private covered parking space
and Mystic Villa II (the upper villa) has larger gardens.

provided upon request. Property does not have a children's
swimming pool. There is a toddlers pool in neighbouring hotel (3
