Islands is a beautiful house split across three levels: the terrace
level (ground floor), the first floor and the top floor. The
immaculate grounds include an infinity pool and a roof terrace with
Ottoman seating area which offers wonderful views across the sea
towards Snake and Mouse islands. The
villa accommodates twelve adults, with six spacious bedrooms (five
doubles and one twin). To ensure the comfort of all guests, this
villa is a non-smoking property.
Inside the villa, the rooms are spacious and
cool. Each bedroom has its own unique character, contemporary
Turkish design and colour scheme – and all are designed for maximum
luxury and comfort. Pamper yourself in the marbled bathrooms,
stretch out on the huge beds, then head back outside in the evening
to toast your leisurely al fresco barbeque with bottles of bubbly
that sparkle as invitingly as the sea…
Ground Floor
The ground floor offers
plenty of space for lazy afternoons and glamorous evening
parties, with an open-plan lounge, dining room, and a kitchen
where you can whip up gorgeous meals. One of the bedrooms, and a
family shower room, are also on this level.
Lounge and Dining Room
The lounge and dining room are
beautifully furnished in a contemporary style, and include the
little luxuries that you would expect: a television with a DVD
player, two IPod docking stations and a stereo. Ideal for
relaxing after a busy day – bring some DVDs and catch up on all
those films you’ve been meaning to see.
Designer Kitchen
Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen at
Villa Islands and rustle up a feast for you and your friends.
The kitchen includes everything you’d
expect and more:

- Separate drinks fridge
- Water cooler
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine (the tumble
drier is located under the stairs)
- Iron and ironing board (also
under the stairs)
Double Bedroom
This ground-floor room is ideal for
members of your group with restricted mobility. Spread out on
the king-sized bed, hang your favourite clothes in the fitted
wardrobe and spend as long as you want getting ready at the
dressing table. The adjacent shower room (with toilet and sink
too) offers maximum convenience.
First Floor
The first floor has three big double
bedrooms, with gorgeous views – even if you’re not the lucky one who
gets the master bedroom suite, you’ll still be delighted with your
room! All the rooms have their own colour scheme, and are decorated
in a stylish, contemporary Turkish fashion.

What will you enjoy most about the master
bedroom – the curved balconies, the spectacular view out across the
sparkling sea, the super king-sized bed? Or perhaps the roomy
en-suite with walk-in shower, toilet and sink?
You even have a computer point with wifi
broadband access throughout the villa and a landline phone (to
receive incoming calls just dial 00 90 242 8441042) – details are
listed in the villa, too. You can receive incoming calls from home
and you can make local calls; very handy for ordering a takeaway
from one of the excellent local restaurants!

Like the master bedroom, this room also has
a balcony, sea view and super king-sized bed. The en-suite includes
toilet, walk in shower and sink.

All three rooms on the first floor have
fitted wardrobes with more than enough space for your fabulous
holiday clothes, a dressing table and a hairdryer – little extras to
ensure you look your best.
Top Floor
The top floor of Villa Islands has two bedrooms
– one twin and one double – and an outstanding roof terrace.

This room has a super king-sized bed and a
perfect view of the blue ocean: what better way to start a perfect
day than by opening your curtains to gaze out across the water?

Ideal for accommodating the singles or
younger members in your group, the twin bedroom looks out across the
rugged mountains.
Both top floor rooms include fitted
wardrobes, a dressing table and a hairdryer. The occupants of the
top floor bedrooms share a bathroom which includes toilet, sink and
bath with shower.
Roof Terrace
While you’re on the top floor, make sure you
walk out onto the stunning roof terrace, which includes an Ottoman
seating area and offers unrivalled 360 degree views across the
Kalamar Bay landscape.
Outside terrace
Relax in the shade of the tiled pergolas –
perfect for reading just one more chapter of that engrossing book,
for flicking through a magazine, or just for a quiet afternoon nap.
Or why not use the superb kitchen facilities to prepare some
delicious nibbles and treats for al fresco dining?
The stone-built illuminated barbeque is
ideal for cooking together and spending the evening out on the
terrace. It’s true that food always tastes best eaten in the open
air – and doubly so when it’s accompanied by amazing views of the
sea. Work up an appetite with a dip in the pool…
Swimming pool
The infinity swimming pool gives you an
unrivalled view out to sea. There’s plenty of space for everyone to
jump in: the pool measures 10m by 5m and the depth varies from 1.3m
to 2m.
We do have a wristband pool alarm for
children – please ask if you require this equipment.
Jacuzzi
You’re on holiday to unwind, so take some
time out to pamper yourself in the Jacuzzi. Let the bubbling jets of
water ease every last ache and loosen every tense muscle: you’ll
feel your stress melt away…
Seating and furnishing
The outside area includes sun beds and bean
bags (perfect for lounging around), parasols, comfortable wrought
iron chairs, and dining tables and chairs for maximum meal-time ease
