The villa offers anything, and probably more than what you’d expect from a holiday home - well-equipped kitchen with easy access to the pool terrace; an infinity pool and spacious pool terrace well-equipped with sunbeds, parasols, pool-terrace shower, pergola with al fresco set, BBQ; cable Tv, ipod-docking station etc.

The villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, three doubles and two twins. All bedrooms are en suite. The master bedroom also offers the luxury of a jacuzzi bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned as well as the living room, and have amazing sea views out to Kalkan Bay and the islands. The double sofa bed in the living room can be set up to accommodate two more guests comfortably if needed.

For parties with more than 12 people, the villa can also be considered together with its neighbour, 4-bedroom Villa KV325. Both villas provide accommodation upto 22 people in a total of 9 bedrooms.

All linen, bath and pool towels are provided. The villa receives pool and garden care on a daily basis, and cleaned throughout with linen/towel change once a week.
