The villa is a mere 100 metre stroll from the water’s edge where Kalkan Beach Park is and also a short 5-minute walk to the Mahal Beach Club. Both offer amenities such as restaurants and cafes as well as water taxis to/from Kalkan.

Villa Tuna provides luxuries like 3 swimming pools; an infinity pool with superb views out to Kalkan and the bay, a children’s pool and a secluded plunge pool with a small terrace to the 5th bedroom on the ground floor.

All bedrooms are en suite and many with secluded terraces with sun beds. The attic room also has a kitchennette.

The villa receives a full cleaning once a week with linen/towel change. Bath towels are provided. Extra cleaning can be booked and paid locally.
