Villa KV440 is a brand-new, tastefully built and decorated villa with all the essentials for a delightful holiday. Located in a quite corner of Kalkan, KV440 looks out to the Kalamar Bay and all the coastline from Firnaz Bay over to the islands.

The outside space KV440 provides is enormous - 11-meter infinity pool with a jacuzzi section, chillout corner with soft lounges in the garden, al-fresco dining area with a stone BBQ and a small fridge, to name few.

Once you're inside through the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, you're in the living room with an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen. An en-suite double bedroom is located on this pool floor.

Up the stairs, you'll get to the master bedroom with a jacuzzi bath, another double and a twin room. All with en-suite shower rooms and balconies. The fifth bedroom of the villa is located on the ground floor and it's a double en-suite.

Villa KV440 is located only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest restaurants and a mid-scale supermarket. It takes about 10-15 minutes of walk from the villa to the Kalkan town centre.

The cleaning is provided with all the linen and towel change on a weekly basis. The pool care and cleaning of the outside areas are carried out daily.
