KV362 is a great villa located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, only a 10-minute walk to the town centre. The villa have great sea views and offer contemporary and spacious accommodation for 6 guests, providing facilities such as table tennis, private & heated pool and terrace jacuzzi. KV362 is a perfect choice also for honeymoon couples.

Ground floor

Open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for self-catering. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV. The pool terrace can be accessed via large glass sliding doors. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

First floor

There are two bedrooms on this level - a master double and a second double. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, flat-screen TVs and balconies.

Second floor

This floor houses the third bedroom - this bedroom can be configured as a twin or a double. It has an en-suite shower room, flat screen TV and access to the villa's roof terrace, which is furnished with loungers, a parasol, table and chairs plus a jacuzzi.

The swimming pool at the villa features a shallow portion into which sunloungers are placed. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace area with shaded al-fresco dining area, a comfortable seating area and ample loungers and parasols. Table tennis is also provided.

Pool heating is available at an additional cost - £200 per week in April and May 2022. For November, December 2021 and January 2022, pool heating is included in the price. Pool heating must be pre-booked.

Cleaning and linen changes are carried out every 3rd or 4th day for a weekly stay - if staying for 1 week a mid-stay clean and linen change is included, if staying for 2 weeks, two cleaning and linen changes are included. The areas outside are maintained daily.
