Villa Green Kalkan is a 3-bed villa situated in a serene natural setting on the outskirts of the Kalkan Town. The pool terrace is set in beautiful grounds surrounded by grape, lemon and plum trees. An organic vegetable and herb patch (our guests are welcome to make use of the produce) creates an authentic Mediterranean ambience. A spacious landscape garden wraps around one side of the villa overlooking a plush green forest. This is the perfect spot to chill, read a book or have an afternoon siesta under the shade of the trees. The garden boosts a family-size swing which will be the favourite spot for everyone if not the sunbeds placed on the shallow end of the infinity swimming pool.

To the front of the villa is a private infinity pool and sunbathing terrace with a generous shaded al-fresco dining terrace and stone BBQ adjacent to the pool. This stunning outside space faces out to the unspoiled mountains and is drenched in sun throughout the day.

Entering from the pool terrace, there is a bright and airy open-plan living room and kitchen with large windows framing the terrace, mountain and garden views. The kitchen area is fitted with all modern appliances. These include an oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The living room has large, comfortable sofas and TV with full height sliding doors that flood the room with light and allow easy access to the al-fresco dining area and the pool.

An en-suite double bedroom and the twin bedroom are accessed through the living room, as well as a shared shower room and wc. The second en-suite double bedroom is on the back of the villa with its seperate, private entrance. It enjoys beatiful views of the garden and only meters away from the large swing and hammock.

Villa Green Kalkan is the perfect choice for our guests to enjoy an enchanting escape. It is ideal for groups, families, yoga retreats and more. The villa can be booked for minimum of 4 nights. An extra charge for cleaning applies for bookings less than 7 nights. The pool and the garden are maintained daily, and a mid-stay cleaning is included in the price for bookings of 2 weeks.

Location Information

The village of Akbel where Villa Green Kalkan is located above the Kalkan Town. It’s approximately 5 minutes from the town centre by car and another 5-minute drive to trout farms in Islamlar Village. The advantage of this area is the natural green beauty and serenity. Local amenities found in close proximity to the villa include grocery store markets, a supermarket and several village style restaurants serving fish and traditional Turkish cuisine. A hire car is recommended for our guests staying in this villa which would make access to the town centre very easy, besides enabling reaching to other beauties around Kalkan in minutes. We'll be happy to assist you with it if required. You can reach the villa via a village lane which is gravel in some areas. Private parking space for a car is available next to the entrance. On the other hand, reasonably priced local taxi services are always available as well as local transportation to the centre once every 30 minutes.
